Verizon told me they would pay up to $400 off what I owed on my old phone. I just found out they added $400 to this month's bill. Phones good but I would have keep my old phone if I knew this.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Except for 1 year, I've had Verizon since before it was Alltel but brand loyalty means nothing to Verizon, so, I've decided to return the phone and change carriers. Almost 40 years and I don't qualify for a trade in nor promotion +protection added to my bill without my permission. Enough is enough!
