I will never go back to unreliable electronics again. Galaxy AI is a problem solver and creates a hands free space when Im trying new recipies, driving, and multitasking.

Multiple Verizon Employees Lied to Me! VZW was offering many deals. I went in to upgrade the phone, but not my plan. They gave me multiple promotions and the following week I was charged full price for the phone. Going back to the same employees they said they could not do the promotions. I asked every correct question. They understood my account with access to it and directly lied about me being eligible for the promotions. BAIT AND SWITCH!

Galaxy AI has been super helpful in translating when texting my family who are native Spanish speakers. The only drawback is the downgrad of the stylist. I felt last years models had a better pen and this year felt cheaper.

The processing power is great. It seamlessly and smoothly runs all my apps and games. Picture quality is good the night mode takes awesome pictures. Overall this has been the best upgrade in a while and I would recommend it.

The graphics are absolutely stunning. The sound design also seems top-notch, making the experience super immersive. I remember when the phone first dropped, and I was so excited to get my hands on it, and I still can't believe how amazing the features are! I'm still discovering new things, especially with the AI, and it's pretty cool to learn. Samsung has always been my favorite, and this phone just solidified my loyalty. I'm so glad I made the switch, and I'm enjoying it so much.
