Size & Weight makes this phone not my favorite

Functionality and intuitiveness is great. However, it feels like a brick in your hand and doesn't fit in your pockets. I previously had the S21 and it was great. I could get my thumb all the way across the screen to be able to do things one handed. Definitely cannot do anything 1 handed like that with this phone due to its size and weight. Only reason I have it is because it was free, otherwise I probably would have went with the regular S25 instead of this S25 ultra...the other phones were not free even though they are the less expensive item. I would have happily taken that downgrade for the cheeper phone instead for the afore mentioned size issues. Oh well, free is free and I'll learn to live with it for now, but it may make me want to swap phones out again way sooner than I usually do. Note: I had the S21 for 6 yrs.

The s25 ultra 512gb is about as refreshed as its going to get without jumping to the s26. Coming from an s23, everything is sharper, more snappy, and just crisp. MY ONLY GRIPE is the S Pen can't take selfies since its not Bluetooth? So if you really like that, avoid the s25.

The battery does not last long as promised. Also, the camera is not flush with the back of the phone. Finally the overall operation is lacking. I am disappointed in my purchase.

Upgrading from a S22 Ultra there wasn't much difference. Slightly faster and the camera is supposedly better. The battery life is much better which is the reason for the "upgrade".

I was told I would receive a 30% reduction on my monthly bill, plus two free Samsung S25 cell phones. I received one S25 with the wrong memory. I was asked to send it back. I did. I have not heard anything back since. I cannot review something I do not have.
