I've never seen new products have such a poor battery life. From the first full charge the brand new phone and watch don't stay charged as long as my 5-year old phone and watch which is absolutely wild and has made me reconsider if this was a good choice and if I will continue buying these products. Even barely using my phone, it dies so quickly, I'm now a two phone person so that I can use my old phone when I need to and the new one is just there if I get a text or call, I'm excited to use it on vacation for photos but I'm worried it won't last long once I start taking pictures, god forbid i need it for navigating. Pretty frustrating. It's too bad I can't use my old watch to track the health apps because it's battery is better too even though it's old.

Its a nice and good phone but, I liked my S-22 ultra more, reason because the pen is not bluetooth anymore i miss that i was always with it. If I would have known i would of thought twice before trading it in. I use it alot for pictures my s-22 ultra meanwhile this phone s-25 ultra i dont have that option. If you raised the phone price higher whats the point of the stylet if you can't control it like the S-22 ultra which I Miss and Hate off this phone.

Since returning everything I have ordered from Samsung I will never give them my business again. Then you send me an upgrade wanting to keep my business Verizon after you billed me fir 5G and never once have I had it. I can be right next to a 5G tower and never receive this service. Ypu are thieves and you should give me my money back for paying for it. You are a total scam.

How do I return this phone to its factory settings?
