Great Phone / Terrible Factory Screen Protector

George . 2 months ago

Great phone, however the factory-installed screen protector scratches VERY easily. VZW & Samsung offer a replacement within 1 year of purchase / good luck finding an authorized dealer who has that screen protector in stock / for that matter alone I will not purchase another flip phone. Not happy w/ the false promises.

Screen issue

Christine . 2 months ago

I would rate this phone 0 if I could. As others have said there is a screen issue with this phone. This was my son’s first cell phone and he decided he wanted something that could fit in his pockets better so we got this one. My husband had the previous version of this and had no issues. My husband recently upgraded because the screen was separating near the fold- that was 2 weeks ago. Fast forward to today and my son is now having the same issue. He has had this phone less than 2 years so this should not be happening. I shouldn’t have to pay a deductible because of a known issue. We will never buy a phone with a fold in it going forward.

Verizon sucks

I ordered the phone Jun 4th with two day shipping. Was told I was gonna credit for it. Nope. They said there gonna do something that put me higher in the queue it is currently the 15th and hasn’t even shipped yet they won’t even let me cancel it. My case arrived 7 days ago as well as the screen. I will not be getting another phone from y’all.

I really wanted to put my full support behind this phone

Boogaleaf . 8 months ago

I've had this phone for less than a year, and I absolutely loved it. I quite literally said last week that I thought I found the line of phones I would continue with. This week, I started having screen issues. I take very good care of my devices, but the screen on this phone is beginning to separate right above the fold, and I did my research to see that even with a discounted rate for screen replacement through Samsung (which clues me in to the fact that this is a known issue), it will be 200 dollars to replace the screen. In a phone that is designed to last 5 years worth of folding, for it to have lasted less than one is extremely disappointing. I should not have to pay for an extended warranty or device protection for a phone that is designed to last 5 years under normal use. I will plan to return to the non-folding Galaxy line of phones for the next one.

Poor screen performance

Cooldinafan . 1 year ago

This phone has a problem with the screen staying attached at the fold point. First a small part comes up on the side then it progresses all the way across the screen. Then it will stop showing anything on both sides of the crease. This is the second time that this has happened. I paid the insurance deductible the first time but now they're trying to get me to pay another deductible which is 100 dollars. So that is a 200 dollar price increase. So beware of any phone with a folding screen.

Great phone if you want to switch it up!

Nathan . 1 year ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I decided to make the switch from my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to the Z Flip6 when I moved from AT&T to Verizon. I was wanting to get away from a larger phone and the idea of a flip phone had been appealing to me recently. After having this device for a couple of weeks, I can say I'm happy I made the change. There are certainly things I miss about my old device (the camera quality was slightly better), and there are some things I still struggle with about the Flip6, but overall I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a change.

Awesome phone

This is the best phone I ever had! I love that the sound quality is really good and how easy it is to carry with you wherever you go. No bulkiness, just slide into a small hand bag.
