We do have some troubleshooting guides to help you with the Wifi and Bluetooth connections as well as the connection to your carrier you can also use for troubleshooting. Samsung's Z assurance offers a one-time discounted repair for the interior folding screen of Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5 devices purchased in the U.S. from authorized distributors before July 31, 2024. To qualify, you must register your device with a Samsung account. This offer is limited to the original purchaser and does not cover second-hand devices. The promotion applies only to the interior folding screen and excludes other repairs like the front screen or back glass. You can access this service through Samsung’s support page by selecting ‘Start a Repair’ and following the instructions for either walk-in or mail-in service. Is the Z fold 6 water proof?
the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is water-resistant, not waterproof. It has an IP48 rating, meaning it's tested for immersion in fresh water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes according to Samsung. However, it's not designed for prolonged submersion or high-pressure water jets. -Cryssie
