I have always had a Samsung, but the Fold is a huge disappointment. After just barely 2 years, the inner screen doesn't work and has a big black line through it. I discovered this happens often. If you purchase a Fold be sure to buy insurance.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I have had my fold 5 for some time and I love it. I have had no issues other than the ones I caused myself but this phone is great. I plan to upgrade soon just because I want to newest one

I've had two of these (Verizon had to replace one) and they are prone to dead pixels. The left side of my new one blinks all the time. I will never buy one of these again!

Most expensive piece of junk I've ever had screen quit working after 3 months with very little use. Wifi and Bluetooth will not turn on, and loses service a lot due to antenna problems

1st phone had a black line in the middle after 5. Months. They replaced it. 2nd phone the screen started peeling in the middle after 25 months. They won't do anything. Absolute rip off.

This is the worst phone I've ever owned since I started using mobile phones back when Aerial Communications, now a part of T-Mobile, was just taking off. In on my 2nd phone in less than 3 years and the screen, along with the screen protector on the fold screen has come detached. When the protector comes loose, you can still use it. But avec the screen itself comes loose, you cannot use it for anything. All touch capabilities go away completely on that fold screen. I've never been so disappointed in my life about any of my phone until this one.

I have had my phone since July 2024. After a little over 5 months the middle screen went to a orangish color on left side then 5 minutes later went black. I am still paying on. When spoke to tech they said I had to mail in which would take 3 weeks to fix or drive 75 miles to a center. When spoke to them. They said would have to bring down them look at it and see if can fix, then order part. I would then have to come back when parts are in. I would have to leave with them of 5 to 7 days. In which now I am driving 150 miles round trip 3 times. I told Samsung and clinic I could not go with out a phone that long. They did not care. I bought my phone Straight from Samsung hoping I would have as much trouble as buying from cell provider. Boy was I wrong.
