Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The phone has good performance, I have not had problems with anything, I actually recommend it but I would like to ask you if this device will have its due update to Android 11? Because having been launched in 2020 and 3 years after its release, Android 10 seems obsolete to me.

No one's going to read this but its me again. Alarm apps won't work, important notifications failing, sounds screwing up, calendar faulting, settings outdated... this is a dead phone, and I finally gave up on it only after the 30 day return policy (summer is a busy time for my work and I can't be up all night diagnosing a phone), so I lost I couple days pay on it. Shame on TCL, shame on Verizon. After 20 years I'm out.

You can then check the notification, permissions and other settings for your app. Often time clearing the cache for the app will help. This phone won't upgrade past Android 10, so all the features I've been using to for the past few years that are useful for my job are no longer available to me. Plus, I can no longer get any alarm apps to work. Not the one I've been using for years, and new ones i try. I've turn off battery optimization, I bypass task managers, I've pretty much allowed these alarm apps to view my social security number and nothing. Hardware-wise its a solid phone but software-wise.... fail. I'll keep trying alarm apps, but I'll be stuck on android 10 until 20 is out

Hi Jopom. The updates for the apps are supported via the Google Play Store. Connect your device to the internet via Wi-Fi so that the updates are not consuming your cellular data. I bought this phone because someone recommended it to me and it was cheaper than the other phones out there. I will go with the pros, it is fast and operates on the same principle as a Samsung, the Camera is pretty good and reliable, the battery is fine, if I compare it to my Samsung which the TCL would be half the price the thing that annoys me most about the phone is when I'm typing and go below the space bar I lose the page, but I get it back ok it just extremely and the most annoying thing about the phone and something they need to fix, the page can go from normal size letters to huge and it's difficult to get it small again, I've had to restart the phone, the same when the page goes offline the phone has to be restarted. It's a good value, no phone is perfect!

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. There is another option for navigation. Perhaps, the gesture navigation is a better option for you. Try it. Go to Settings > Advanced features > select System navigation > select Gesture navigation > watch the demos. This option will replace the navigation bar, so that when you use the keyboard, you won't accidentally hit the home button. As for the huge page size, perhaps the magnification is enabled by tapping the screen 3 times. Tap it 3 times again to go back to normal. This feature is located in Accessibility in the Settings menu. In Settings, search for magnification and turn it off. Hope this helps. - Kevin.

I'm sorry for everyone who paid what they paid & aren't satisfied, but I know you didn't overpay, & I know I am buying quite a few more of these. So, let me know where you find snapdragon 765g processors & otg reverse charging, seriously the best deal around. Much better than my $300 Umidigi A13 Max Pro 5g. This 2020 phone is better than any budget phone & on par with all mid tier phones 3 years later. Verizon is the problem but since you all must stay with them although they're inferior to T-Mobile, you must get this from Amazon refurbished perfect condition $74. You're welcome. You can tell that quite a few reviewers know what they're talking about, & the complainers don't seem too savvy concerning phone quality. Get Phongtology case & a few screen protectors & enjoy the best phone for the price anywhere, even if just used as a little computer if you're wise enough not to use Verizon. However it does work with Visible & other Verizon MNVOs.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This is one of the best phones I've had. I've had no problems with the battery expanding or dying on me. I've had no problems with the storage getting filled up. On my old phone, I wouldn't have had half the apps I have installed, because there wasn't the room. It's fast, it's reliable, and I'm very happy with it. I would absolutely recommend it to someone.

Love the high speed data works very well in a room that has a metal roof like most others phone it interfere with metal roof that you don't get a single bar but your 5 GB work well no low single bar very great service

I got this phone for my fiancé and the first ones battery quit quick, the second one had the system crash, wouldn’t let you get into anything with google. We had to pay out our contract to buy a decent phone. Don’t wast your time with it!
