Make a payment arrangement for past due amounts
If you cannot pay your bill by the due date, Verizon may be able to offer you a payment arrangement.
- Scheduling a different date to pay your entire Past Due amount.
- Scheduling two dates to pay your Past Due amount over two payments.
Note To avoid late payment fees, pay your bill at least three business days before the payment date that appears on page 1 of your statement. Make your payment early so it can be processed by Verizon's office before the payment date. If you have a Balance Forward from the previous month, you should pay that amount immediately.
If you are not able to pay the full Past Due amount in the available payment arrangement options and need to negotiate a payment for less than the full amount, please contact Verizon.
