  1. What is the Verizon My Rewards+ program and why should I enroll?
    Verizon is committed to recognizing and rewarding our customers for choosing Verizon. We appreciate your business and realize you have a choice. So we have rolled out this program as a token of our appreciation for allowing us to serve as your communication and entertainment provider.

    Verizon will award points for doing the things you already do, like: Paying your Bill Online, renting On Demand Movies, enrolling in Paper Free Billing and much more! You will have the ability to redeem these points for very cool rewards, such as renting or purchasing On Demand titles, Verizon Wireless data, Sweepstakes entries, reloadable My Rewards Prepaid MasterCard or merchant gift cards. You can even decide to use your points to donate to a charity!

    Please note that the My Rewards+ program is for eligible Verizon residential customers. Verizon Wireless has its own separate program called Smart Rewards.

  2. How does the Verizon My Rewards+ program work?
    It's easy! All you need to do is go to My Verizon and sign in. If you are not registered for My Verizon, we strongly encourage you to register to enjoy all the benefits of the program. This access is crucial in order to take advantage of the following program benefits:
    • Redeem your reward points for your favorite On Demand titles, Verizon Wireless data, sweepstakes, Verizon My Rewards+ Prepaid MasterCard, merchant gift cards, or e-gift cards
    • View your full account history
    • Refer a Friend to earn lots of points
    Once you register for My Verizon, you will be prompted to enroll in our My Rewards+ program OR you can click on the My Rewards+ tab on the left side of My Verizon. Then follow the steps to enroll.

    Once you have obtained enough points you can go to the "Redeem Points" icon/menu option and select your reward(s). In a few weeks you will receive your reward and enjoy the ease of being recognized for your loyalty.

  3. Who is eligible for My Rewards+?
    Anyone who is a Verizon residential customer with a My Verizon login may sign up for the My Rewards+ program and begin earning points as long as they subscribe to High Speed Internet or Fios® Internet and/or Fios® TV. Primary account holders are allowed to earn and redeem for points.

  4. Just how easy is it to get My Rewards+ Points?
    The best way to find out is to go to the My Rewards+ page by logging into My Verizon and clicking on "My Rewards+" from the menu. There you will see all the eligible activities that will help you accumulate the reward points. Like to watch On Demand Movies? Good — earn more points!

    The sky is the limit! We have not put limitations on the number of reward points a member can earn in a year.

  6. Can I Refer a Friend to Verizon using My Rewards+ and get points?
    You sure can! Simply click the Refer a Friend icon/menu option in the My Rewards+ header and start referring today! Please note that to qualify for Refer a Friend rewards, the friend you refer to Verizon must purchase a qualifying service and complete their order online. Please visit the Refer a Friend program details page to find out more!

  7. What do I need to do to get My Rewards+ Points?
    After you are enrolled in the My Rewards+ Program, visit the My Rewards+ homepage by clicking on the My Rewards+ menu option on the left side of My Verizon and navigating to the "My Points" icon/menu option. You will see the many ways in which you can earn more My Rewards+ points.

  8. How long does it typically take for points to appear in my account?
    It can take up to 2-3 days for most points to show up in your account. Some transactions, such as Online Move can take up to a full billing cycle.

  9. What communications will I receive about this program?
    Periodically we will send you updates about your account via e-mail, including notifications about your point balance, milestones, expiring points and potential earning opportunities.

  10. Which merchant partners can I redeem points with?
    We have a host of popular merchant partners for this program including: Dunkin Donuts, Target and Starbucks to name a few. Visit the My Rewards+ homepage and click on "Redeem Points" to see the current list of partners. Check back often!

  11. How do I redeem My Rewards+ Points?
    Visit the My Rewards+ homepage and click on "Redeem Points." Once there, you will be able to select from many options ranging from Verizon Wireless data, sweepstakes entries, Verizon My Rewards+ Prepaid MasterCard, merchant gift cards, or donate to charity! In addition, you can redeem points for On Demand rentals and purchases online and on Set Top Boxes with qualifying amount of My Rewards+ points. To view available On Demand titles online, please visit tv.verizon.com and log in. Please note My Rewards+ points are not redeemable for all On Demand titles. Restrictions apply.

  12. How long does it typically take to receive the Rewards Cards?
    Typically it takes 2-3 weeks for delivery of the partner gift card. eGift cards will be sent to you via email within 48 hours.

  13. How does the MasterCard® My Rewards+ Reloadable Prepaid Card work?
    Just use the card anywhere MasterCard® is accepted - including restaurants, department stores, and even online. Because it's a MasterCard® card, you have purchasing freedom to get what you want, and where you want.

    If your name does not appear on the Card, you will need to visit MyPrepaidCenter.com and create a profile before using the card online.

    Be sure to keep your card. Since it's reloadable, you can add to its balance with the My Rewards+ points you can earn as a Verizon member.

  14. When do the My Rewards+ Points expire?
    The My Rewards+ points will expire one year after the date you earned them. You will receive quarterly statements via email letting you know when your points will expire to help make sure you don't lose your valuable reward points. So be sure that we have the best email address on your My Verizon profile so you receive these statements. You can also log into your My Rewards+ account from your desktop, mobile phone or in the My Fios app any time to check your current and expiring points.

  15. Can I have My Rewards+ awards replaced if it is lost or stolen?
    If your merchant gift card is lost or stolen, call customer service immediately and provide the card number at 1.866.948.2725. If you call before the expiration date, we may be able to send you a new card containing the remaining balance existing at the time of your call. Fees may apply.

    You can contact us at 1.866.948.2725, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 10 PM ET. Weekends, 8 AM - 8 PM. Call center will be closed on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

  17. What if I remove qualifying service from my account? Will I still have access to the Rewards program?
    If you are completely disconnecting your Verizon account or disconnecting your eligible Verizon services, you may access your My Rewards+ page until the date your Internet and/or TV service is disconnected.

  19. Can I use my reward points to buy or rent movies?
    YES! This is one of the many benefits of being in the My Rewards+ program. If you have Fios TV service you have the ability to order through our Channel Guide (Interactive Media Guide) on your TV. Simply launch On Demand on your remote control, select your movie, choose "Buy" or "Rent", enter Parental PIN (if you previously established one), and choose either: "Buy Using My Rewards+" or "Rent Using My Rewards+", if presented. If you do not have enough My Rewards+ points to redeem for the full cost of your selected title, this option will not be available. Please note My Rewards+ points are not redeemable for all On Demand titles. Restrictions apply.

  20. How do I get points for online bill pay?
    If you pay your bill via our One Time Bill payment feature on one of the following: 
    • Verizon.com
    • The interactive media guide on your television screen
    • Within our My Fios app
    • Set up auto bill pay online
    You will receive 50 points for each month you do so, as long as the payments are made in full and on time.

    Please note, payments made through your Bank's Online Bill Pay service, are not considered as online payments and will not receive points.

    Auto Bill Pay option must be set up directly through Verizon

  22. How to redeem for Verizon Wireless data?
    Simply click on the "Redeem Points" tab and select the option "Get wireless data". A pop up screen will appear prompting you to enter your 10 digit Verizon mobile phone number to confirm you are eligible for this redemption; click the red "Verify" button to continue to the next screen. Once verified, choose from the drop down menu for the available data options and enter the how many offers you would like to redeem for.

  23. Am I eligible to redeem for Verizon Wireless data?
    If you have a Verizon wireless "More Everything" plan or a "The new Verizon Plan", you have the ability to redeem your My Rewards+ points to update your wireless data.
