Cancel Autopay - Prepaid iPad

Here's how to cancel auto payment on your prepaid iPad.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Cellular Data
    .
    If needed, tap the
    Cellular Data switch
     to enable.
  3. Tap
    Manage Verizon Account
    .
  4. Tap
    Edit User and Payment Information
     then tap
    OK
    .
  5. Enter the following that was used to activate the account then tap
    Next
    :
    • Email
    • Password
  6. From the Account Overview screen, tap
    Add Data or Change Plan
    .
  7. Tap
    Cancel Plan
    .
  8. Tap
    Delete Account Later
     then tap
    Submit
    .
    If
    Delete Account Now
     is selected, the service disconnects and remaining value on the plan is lost.
