Follow these steps to adjust brightness settings and display / font settings for your LG G Pad™ X8.3.

Adjust Brightness Settings

  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps icon App icon
    Settings
    Display
    .
  2. From Basic Settings, slide bar right or left to increase or decrease brightness.
    Brightness can only be manually adjusted when Automatic brightness is disabled (un-checked).

Adjust Display / Font Settings

  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps icon App icon
    Settings
    Display
    .
  2. Tap
    Screen timeout
     then select the desired option (e.g., 15 seconds, 30 minutes, etc.).
  3. Tap the
    Daydream On/Off switch
     to turn on On indicator and off Off indicator .
    When turned on, tap Daydream then select the desired option (e.g., Alarm/Clock, Google Photos, etc.).
  4. Tap
    Font type
     .
  5. Tap a Font type option (e.g., Roboto, Travel, etc.).
  6. Tap
    Font size
     .
  7. Tap a Font size option (e.g., Minimum, Small, Medium, etc.).
