  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps icon Apps icon
    Settings
    Application manager
     (Device section).
  2. Locate then tap the app name (e.g., Cloud).
  3. Tap
    Force stop
    .
  4. Review the message then tap
    OK
     to confirm.
