Add / Edit / Delete a ContactKeeping contacts updated for your Gizmo device ensures you have accurate info when needed, whether adding a new number, updating details or removing old entries.
Add / Edit a Contact
- Open theVerizon Family app.
- Tap theProfiles tabthen select the user's profile.
- TapConnections.
- Do one of the following:
- To add a contact:
- TapAddthen chooseAdd to Gizmo Watch only.
- Enter the information then tapNext.
- From the 'Relationship & permissions' screen configure the following then tapSave:
- What does your child call this person?
- Permission LevelChoose an option from the dropdown menu (e.g., Guardian, Caregiver, Gizmo buddy, Calling contact).The 'Buddy' role can only be used when the mobile number is tied to another GizmoWatch.For more info on each permission level, view the table below.
- To edit existing contact:
- Name, picture or Phone Number: select the desired contact then tap theEdit icon.
- Relationship: tapPermissions(not available for all users).
Delete a Contact
- Open theVerizon Family app.
- Tap theProfiles tabthen select the user's profile.
- TapConnections.
- Select the desired contact then tapRemove contact.
- From the confirmation screen,Remove contact.
