Add a Personal / Corporate Email AccountFollow these instructions to configure IMAP, POP3 or Exchange® account settings for an email address on your Apple® iPhone® that's not serviced by iCloud®.
Before you begin
Corporate email settings aren't maintained by Verizon. Contact your Exchange / IT Admin for more assistance
Add a Personal Email Account
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- TapAdd Account.
- Enter the email address then tapNext.If using an iCloud account, refer to add an iCloud email account.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to enter the account info (e.g., Name, Password, etc.) then tapNext.
- Tap the applicable data sync options (e.g., Mail, Contacts, etc.) to turn on or off.
- TapSave.
Add a Corporate Email Account
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- TapAdd Accountthen enter the email address.
- TapMicrosoft Exchange.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to enter the applicable info (e.g., Email, Description, Server, etc.) into the following fields then tapNext.
- Tap the applicable data sync options (e.g., Mail, Contacts, etc.) to turn on or off.
- TapSave.
