Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Apple profile
    .
  3. Tap
    iCloud
     then tap
    Storage
    .
  4. Tap
    Get More Storage
    .
    If unavailable, tap
    Change Storage Plan
    .
  5. Select the upgrade option (e.g., 50 GB, 2 TB, etc.).
  6. Tap
    Upgrade Plan
     or
    Buy
    .
  7. Tap
    Subscribe
    .
  8. If prompted, sign in to the iTunes Store then tap
    Confirm
    .
  9. Verify payment info then tap
    Done
    .
