KYOCERA Cadence LTE - Check Voicemail

Here's how to access voicemail on your Cadence and edit your voicemail number.

Speed Dial Number

  1. From the main screen, press and hold the
    1
     (one)
    key
    .

Add Voicemail to Contacts

  1. From the main screen, press and hold the
    1
     (one)
    key
    .
  2. Press the
    right soft key
     softkey to choose Options.
  3. Navigate:
    Add Call
    Contacts
    .

Menu Option

  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

  2. Select
    Contacts
     contacts icon .
  3. Select
    Voicemail
    .
  4. Press the
    Send
    key
    .

Edit Voicemail Number

  1. From the main screen, press
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

    Tools & Settings
    .
  3. Select
    Call Settings
    .
  4. Select
    Voicemail
    .
  5. Press the
    CLR key
     to remove unwanted numbers, enter the preferred numbers then select
    Save
    .
    To ensure correct dialing, only use your 10-digit mobile number or *86 as your voicemail number.

Access from a Different Phone or When Outside the Verizon wireless coverage area

  1. Call your 10-digit mobile number.
    If dialing from an international location, refer to Place an International Call for additional assistance.
  2. As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the
    # key
     then enter the Voicemail password.
    If prompted, re-enter the mobile number.
