Here's how to place a call on your Galaxy J3 V / Galaxy J3.
  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If unavailable, swipe up then tap
    Phone
     Phone icon.
  2. From the Keypad tab, enter a 10-digit number then tap the
    Call icon
     Call icon.
    To place a call from the Contacts list, tap
    Contacts
     (lower-right), tap the desired contact then tap the
    Call icon
     Call icon.
