Here's how to turn voice and video calling for your Galaxy J3 V / Galaxy J3 on or off.
If you turn off HD Voice (Advanced Calling), you won't be able to make or receive calls on the Verizon cellular network.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Connections
    Advanced Calling
    Advanced Calling
    .
  3. Tap the
    Advanced Calling switch
     to turn on or off.
  4. When turned on, tap one of the following:
    • HD Voice and Video calling
    • HD Voice only
