Here's how to delete a personal / corporate email account from your Galaxy Tab A (8.0).
Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Accounts and backup
    Accounts
    .
  3. Select the appropriate email address.
    Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap
    Remove account
    .
  5. To confirm, review the notification then tap
    Remove account
    .
