Here's how to view, open, or close recently used apps on your Galaxy Tab A (8.0).
  1. Tap the
    Recent Apps icon
     (lower-left).
  2. Perform any of the following:
    • To open, scroll to then tap the desired app(s) in the list.
    • To close, scroll through the list of apps, hold the app then swipe the screen up.
