Samsung Galaxy Tab A (10.5) - Turn GPS Location On / Off

GPS location access is needed by some apps on your Galaxy Tab A (10.5) to provide turn-by-turn directions or share your location, but can be turned off to save battery life.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Location
    .
  3. Tap the
    Location switch
     to turn on or off.
    If presented, review the Location consent disclaimer then tap
    Agree
    .
  4. If desired, tap
    Location services
     then select one of the following to turn on or off:
    • Wi-Fi scanning
    • Bluetooth scanning
