Verizon GizmoTablet - Add / Remove a Wi-Fi Network

Here's how to connect to a Wi-Fi network or remove a saved connection on your GizmoTablet.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     on your Verizon GizmoTablet™.
  2. Navigate:
    Connections
    Wi-Fi
    .
  3. Ensure the Wi-Fi switch is turned on.
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • Connect to an available network:
      1. Tap the preferred network.
      2. If presented, enter the appropriate password then tap
        Connect
        .
        To view the password as it is being entered, tap (check)
        Show password
        .
    • Manually connect to a Wi-Fi network:
      1. Tap
        Add network
        .
      2. From the Network name field, enter the appropriate name.
      3. From the Security field, tap the
        Dropdown menu icon
         .
      4. Tap the appropriate security option (e.g., None. WEP, etc.).
      5. From the Password field, enter the appropriate password.
      6. Ensure additional settings (e.g., EAP method, CA certificate, etc.) are configured appropriately (if applicable) then tap
        Save
        .
    • Remove a Wi-fi connection:
      1. Tap the Wi-Fi network you wish to remove.
      2. Tap
        Forget
        .
