Enable / Disable a Connected Device via My Verizon Website

The My Verizon website helps you manage access to your 5G Home network by blocking or allowing specific devices, giving you direct control over who can connect to your router.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as the Account Owner or Manager.
  2. From the My Verizon Home screen, select the
    5G Home tab
    .
  3. Select
    Manage device
     below the home device.
  4. From the Connections section, select
    Devices
    .
  5. Select the connected device.
  6. Select the
    Device Wi-Fi access switch
     to turn access on or off for the selected device.
