Samsung SmartThings Tracker - Install Device Software Update

Here's how to check for or install software updates on your SmartThings Tracker.
  1. Open the SmartThings app SmartThings app.
  2. From the SmartThings Home screen, select your tracker.
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) then tap
    Settings
    .
  4. Tap
    Software update
    .
    To prevent a slow download of the update:
    1. Tap
      Menu icon
       Menu icon (upper-right) then tap
      Wi-Fi Settings
      .
    2. Tap the preferred Wi-Fi network to connect.
    3. If prompted, enter password then tap
      Done
      .
  5. Tap
    Download updates manually
    .
    Allow time for the device to check for updates.
  6. If available, tap
    UPDATE
    .
