Samsung SmartThings Tracker - Deactivate Tracker

Here's how to deactivate your Samsung SmartThings Tracker via the ThingSpace Portal.
  1. Open the SmartThings app SmartThings app.
  2. From the SmartThings Home screen, select your tracker.
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon then tap
    Settings
    .
  4. Tap
    Manage mobile service
    .
    The app opens a new window to the ThingSpace Portal.
  5. Enter your ThingSpace account User ID and password then tap
    Sign in
    .
  6. From the 'Account Summary' screen, scroll down to the bottom then tap the highlighted device name.
    Deactive Device
  7. From the 'Actions' menu dropdown, tap
    Deactivate
    .
  8. Tap
    Confirm
    .
  9. Once the request is successful, tap
    Ok
    .
