Downloading third party apps isn't available in the Google Play™ Store. Quickly turn on app installation from unknown sources on your LG device to expand your app options.

Before you begin

It's recommended to only download apps from trusted sources, such as Google Play Store.
Downloading apps from unknown sources makes your device and data vulnerable to threats like ransomware.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Apps & notifications
    Special access
    Install unknown apps
    .
  3. Select the unknown app then tap the
    Allow from this source switch
     to turn on or off.
