Samsung SmartThings Tracker - Change Credit Card on File

Here's how to change the credit card on file via the ThingSpace Portal for your SmartThings Tracker.
  1. Open the SmartThings app
    SmartThings app

  2. From the SmartThings Home screen, select your tracker.
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) then tap
    Settings
    .
  4. Tap
    Manage mobile service
    .
    The app opens a web page to the ThingSpace Portal.
  5. Enter your My Verizon user id and password then tap
    Sign in
    .
  6. Tap
    Payment History
    .
    Select tracker
  7. Tap
    Manage payment method
    .
    Select tracker
  8. Enter the requested credit card info, then tap
    Done
    .
  9. To continue, review the Terms of Service, check the box then tap
    Save
    .
