Resetting sync data can help fix issues where information isn't transferring correctly between your Apple Watch® and iPhone®.

Before you begin

Resetting sync data erases all contacts and all calendar data from your watch before re-syncing from your Apple® iPhone®.

Steps

  1. From the connected iPhone, open the
    Watch app
    .
  2. From the My Watch tab, navigate:
    General
    Reset
    Reset Sync Data
