Announcement 19603 - Blocked International Number or Range

View this info if you hear a "calling restrictions" message when making international calls.
If you hear this message when making calls: "The number you have dialed has calling restrictions that have prevented the completion of your call," check to see if you can:
  • Call other international numbers.
  • Call the number from a different service provider.
If the dialed number can't be reached from any provider, the international subscriber should contact their provider.
The dialed number may be blocked due to fraud or security concerns; if so it can't be unblocked. If necessary, contact Customer Service for more info.
