Blocking certain numbers on your Galaxy S10 / S10+ / S10e stops unwanted calls and messages. If you can't receive calls or messages from specific numbers, verify they're not blocked.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu
    .
  3. Tap
    Settings
     then tap
    Block numbers
    .
  4. Do any of the following:
    • To add a block:
      1. Tap
        Recents
        , select the applicable name or number then tap
        Done
        .
    • To remove a block:
      1. Tap the
        Remove icon
         located to the right of the number.
