Use Video Calling to connect with friends, family or colleagues using your Galaxy S10 / S10+ / S10e. If you can't make or receive video calls, make sure the setting is on.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone icon

  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu
    .
  3. Tap
    Settings
    .
  4. Tap the
    Video Calling switch
     to turn on or off.
  5. If presented, review the notification then tap
    OK
     to confirm.
