Google Pixel 3a / 3a XL - Manage TTY Settings
Here's how to change the TTY settings on your Pixel 3a / 3a XL.
When TTY (teletypewriter) settings are enabled, you can use your phone with a TTY device if you're deaf or hard of hearing.
- From a Home screen, tap thePhone icon
(lower-left).
If not available, swipe up to display all apps then tapPhone. - Tap theMenu icon(upper-right) then tapSettings.
- TapAccessibility.
- TapTTY mode.
- Select the desired TTY mode:
- TTY Off: Disables all TTY settings
- TTY Full: Enables all TTY settings
- TTY HCO: Enables HCO (Hearing Carry Over)
- TTY VCO: Enables VCO (Voice Carry Over)
