Adjusting the volume on your Galaxy A50 can help when you're watching a video, listening to music or joining a call.

Before you begin

Make sure Do not disturb and the 'Mute all sounds' switch are turned off before you try to adjust the volume level. To check 'Mute all sounds', navigate:
Settings
Accessibility
Hearing enhancements
 then ensure the 'Mute all sounds' switch is off.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Navigate:
    Sounds and vibration
    Volume
    .
  3. Drag the
    Volume slider
     left or right to adjust the level for any of the following:
    • Ringtone
    • Media
    • Notifications
    • System
