Here's how to erase all data on the SD / memory card in your Journey V / Journey.
This procedure erases all data on the SD / memory card. It's recommended to back up your data before formatting.
To perform the steps below, ensure the SD / memory card is inserted.
  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

  2. Navigate:
    Tools & Settings Settings and tools icon
    Settings
    Phone Settings
    Storage
    .
  3. Select
    Erase SD card
     (may require scrolling).
  4. Select
    OK
    .
