moto z4 - Turn Android Beam On / Off

Here's how to enable Android Beam to transfer files from your moto z4 to other NFC-capable devices.
Android Beam can be utilized to transfer data (e.g. web pages, videos, place page in Maps) from one Near Field Communication (NFC) capable device to another when only a few centimeters apart, typically back-to-back.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
     Settings icon >
    Connected devices
     Connected devices icon.
  3. Tap
    Connection preferences
    .
  4. Ensure the
    NFC switch
     is turned on
    On icon
    .
  5. Tap
    Android Beam
     then tap the switch to turn on on switch.
