If your Galaxy Note10 / Note10+ / Note10+ 5G is running low on storage, it can cause crashes, slow performance, freezing apps, etc. Check your available memory to prevent these issues.

Before you begin

To free up memory, apps can be installed and files can be moved to an SD / memory card or to a computer.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Battery and device care
    Storage
    .
  3. View the breakdown of used and available storage space.
    If an SD / memory card is inserted, swipe left to view storage details for the SD card.
    Storage on an SD / memory card is only supported on the Note10+ and Note10+ 5G.
