Before you begin

If the device gets stuck in the boot-up process after installing an update, a factory data reset is needed. Make sure the Google credentials are known before doing the reset as they are needed to complete the reset process.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Navigate:
    System
    System update
    .
  3. From the System update history prompt, tap
    Check for update
    .
  4. If prompted, tap
    OK

  5. If an update is available, tap
    Download
