Place a Conference Call

The conference call function on your Pixel 4 / 4 XL lets you talk with multiple people simultaneously so up to 6 parties can participate in the same conversation.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Tap the
      Keypad icon
      , enter a 10-digit number then tap the
      Call icon
      .
    • Tap the
      Contacts tab
      , select a contact and the applicable number then tap the
      Call icon
      .
    • Tap the
      Recents tab
      , select the applicable number then tap the
      Call icon
      .
  3. Once the call connects, tap
    Add call
    .
    Each additional call must be initiated by the person who placed the first call.
  4. Enter a 10-digit number then tap
    Call
    .
  5. Once the additional call connects, tap
    Merge
    .
    To disconnect from either party, navigate:
    More
    Manage
     then tap the
    End Call icon
     next to the applicable caller.
