Turn Screen Rotation On / Off

Screen rotation allows your Pixel 4 / 4 XL to switch orientations automatically. By default, the screen rotates when you turn the device but this setting can be turned off.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Display
    Auto-rotate screen
    .
  3. Tap any of the following options to turn on or off.
    • Use Auto-rotate
    • Enable Face Detection
      Use Auto-rotate must be turned on.
