Turn Video Calling On / Off

Use Video Calling to connect with friends, family or colleagues using your Pixel 4 / 4 XL. If you can't make or receive video calls, make sure the setting is on.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu
     in the upper right then tap
    Settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Calls
    .
    If using physical SIM and eSIM, tap
    Calling accounts
     then choose a network (Verizon, eSIM).
  4. Tap the
    Turn on video calling switch
     to turn on or off.
