Teletypewriter (TTY) settings allow text communication on your Galaxy S20+ 5G / S20 Ultra 5G during calls, which is helpful for hearing or speech challenges.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu
     then tap
    Settings
    .
  3. Tap
    TTY mode
     then select one of the following:
    • TTY full
      : Enables all TTY settings
    • TTY HCO
      : Enables HCO (Hearing Carry Over)
    • TTY VCO
      : Enables VCO (Voice Carry Over)
