KYOCERA DuraXV Extreme - Check Voicemail

Here's info on how to access your Voicemail from your DuraXV Extreme or a different phone.

From the main screen, press and hold the

key

  1. From the main screen, press the
    left soft key
     Left soft key to choose Contacts.
  2. Highlight
    Voicemail.
  3. Press the
    Send
     key.
  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

    Settings & tools

  3. Select
    Settings
    .
  4. Select
    Call settings
    .
  5. Select
    Voicemail
    .
  6. Select
    Voicemail number
    .
  7. Press the
    CLR key
     to remove unwanted numbers, enter the preferred numbers then select
    Save
    .
    To ensure correct dialing, only use your 10-digit mobile number or *86 as your voicemail number.
    1. Press the
      left soft key
       to choose numbers.
    2. Select
      Symbols
      .
    3. Select an option:
      • Wait:
        The device waits until the SEND key is pressed a second time then continues to dial additional digits.
      • Pause
        The device pauses 2 seconds then continues to dial additional digits.
    4. Select
      Save
      .
  1. Call your 10-digit mobile number.
    If dialing from an international location, refer to Place an International Call for additional assistance.
  2. As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the
    #
    key
     then enter the Voicemail password.
    If prompted, re-enter the mobile number.
