Add a Personal / Corporate Email Account

Follow these instructions to configure IMAP, POP3, or Exchange® account settings for an email address on your Galaxy S20 5G UW that is not serviced by Gmail.

Before you begin

Corporate email settings are not maintained by Verizon. Contact your Exchange / IT Admin for more assistance.

Add a Personal Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    Add account
    .
  3. Tap
    Personal (IMAP)
     or
    Personal (POP3)
    .
  4. Enter your email address then tap
    Next
    .
  5. Enter the password then tap
    Next
    .
  6. If presented, enter the appropriate info (e.g., SMTP server, port, security type, etc.) then tap
    Next
    .
  7. Select the desired Account settings (e.g., Sync frequency, Inbox download size, etc.) then tap
    Next
    .
  8. Enter an account name if desired then tap
    Next
    .

Add a Corporate Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    Add account
    .
  3. Tap
    Exchange
    .
  4. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap
    Next
    .
  5. If setup is unsuccessful, tap
    Set up manually
     then select the applicable options.
