Using your VPN provider or IT admin's credentials, add a VPN to your Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G to encrypt traffic and protect your identity on public Wi-Fi.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Connections
    More Connection Settings
    VPN
    .
  3. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
    .
  4. Tap
    Add VPN profile
    .
  5. From the Name field, enter the name.
  6. From the Type field, tap the
    Dropdown arrow icon
     then select the VPN type.
  7. Enter the info into the applicable fields, if needed, tap
    Show advanced options
     to configure (e.g., DNS search domains, DNS servers, Proxy, etc.) then tap
    Save
