Choosing custom ringtones or notification sounds helps you differentiate alert sounds on your Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G from others around you.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Sounds and vibration
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To set a ringtone:
      1. Tap
        Ringtone
        .
      2. Select a tone then tap the
        Back arrow icon
         to save and return to the previous screen.
    • To adjust vibration settings:
      1. Tap
        Call vibration
         or
        Vibration pattern
        .
      2. If applicable, select the preferred SIM card / eSIM.
      3. Select a pattern then tap the
        Back icon
         to save and return to the previous screen.
    • To set a notification sound:
      1. Tap
        Notification sound
        .
      2. If applicable, select the preferred SIM card / eSIM.
      3. Select the preferred notification sound.
