Add a Personal / Corporate Email Account

Follow these instructions to configure IMAP, POP3, or Exchange® account settings for an email address on your Galaxy A51 5G UW that is not serviced by Gmail.

Before you begin

Corporate email settings are not maintained by Verizon. Refer customer to Exchange / IT Admin for more assistance.

Add a Personal Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    Add account
    .
  3. Select the applicable account type (e.g., Email, Personal IMAP, Personal POP3, etc.).
  4. Enter your email address then tap
    Next
    .
  5. Enter the password then tap
    Next
    .
  6. If presented, enter the appropriate info (e.g., SMTP server, port, security type, etc.) then tap
    Next
    .
  7. If presented with account options (e.g., sync frequency, Inbox download size, etc.), configure as desired then tap
    Next
    .
  8. Enter the applicable info (e.g., Account name, Your name, etc.) then tap
    Next
    .

Add a Corporate Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    Add account
    .
  3. Tap
    Exchange
    .
  4. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap
    Next
    .
  5. If the setup is unsuccessful, tap
    Set up manually
     then select the applicable option.
