Inseego MiFi 2100 5G UW - Configure Broadcast Settings - Mobile / Wi-Fi Hotspot

Here's how to check settings if you're having issues connecting to your MiFi 2100 5G UW.

To change the Wi-Fi broadcast settings for your Inseego MiFi® 2100 5G UW, follow these steps.

To avoid interference with other Wi-Fi networks, try using a different channel.

From the Wi-Fi section, click the

navigation arrow

(lower-right) to open the Wi-Fi page.

From the Settings tab, select the desired option for your Primary and Guest networks:

2.4GHz Band

5GHz Band

Off

For the 2.4 GHz Band Settings, click the

Channel dropdown

then select the desired channel (e.g., Automatic, 1, 2, 10, 11, etc.).

For the 5GHz Band Settings, click the dropdown for any of the following:

802.11 Mode

Bandwidth

Channel

Click

Save Changes

You can also set the band for your 'primary' and 'guest' Wi-Fi networks from the device by navigating:
