LG G Pad 5 10.1 FHD - Add / Remove a Wi-Fi Connection

Here's how to connect to a Wi-Fi network or remove a saved connection on your G Pad 5 10.1 FHD.
  1. From a Home screen on your LG G Pad 5™ 10.1 FHD, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Network & internet
    .
  2. Tap
    Wi-Fi
    .
  3. Ensure the Wi-Fi switch is turned on Switch on.
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • Connect to an Available Wi-Fi Network
      1. From the list of available networks, tap the preferred Wi-Fi network.
      2. Enter the appropriate password then tap
        CONNECT
        .
        To view the password as it is being entered, tap (check)
        Show password
        .
    • Manually Connect to a Wi-Fi Network
      1. Tap the
        Menu icon
         Vertical menu icon then tap
        Add Wi-Fi
        .
      2. From the 'Wi-Fi name (SSID)' field, enter the appropriate name.
      3. From the 'Security' field, tap the
        Dropdown menu
         .
      4. Tap the applicable security option (e.g., None, WEP, WPA/WPA2 PSK, etc.).
      5. From the Password field, enter the appropriate password.
      6. Tap (check)
        Show advanced options
         to configure Proxy and/or IP settings then tap
        CONNECT
        .
    • Remove a Wi-Fi Connection
      1. Tap the Wi-Fi network you wish to remove.
      2. Tap
        FORGET
