LG G Pad 5 10.1 FHD - Disable / Enable App

Some pre-installed apps on your G Pad 5 10.1 FHD are mainstays that can’t be removed. Disabling an app can prevent it from running, while enabling it can return functionality.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Apps & notifications
    App info
    .
  3. Perform one of the following:
    • Disable Apps
      Disabling an app may cause related apps to function improperly.
      1. Tap the
        dropdown menu
        then select
        All apps
        .
        If system apps aren't visible, tap the
        Menu icon Menu icon
        then tap
        Show system
        .
      2. Tap an app.
      3. Tap
        Disable
        .
        If the Disable option isn't available, navigate:
        Force Stop
        Force Stop
        .
      4. Review the info then tap
        YES
        .
      5. If prompted to 'replace this app with the factory version', tap
        OK
         to confirm.
    • Enable Apps
      1. Tap the
        dropdown menu
        then select
        Disabled apps
        .
      2. Tap the appropriate app.
      3. Tap
        Enable
        .
