LG G Pad 5 10.1 FHD - Link / Unlink Contacts
Your G Pad 5 10.1 FHD lets you organize your contacts based on your preference by merging the details of multiple entries or separating them.
The Contacts app on your LG G Pad 5™ 10.1 FHD uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (e.g., Gmail®, Microsoft® Exchange, Facebook®, new entries, etc.). If contact info was joined in error, the info can be separated back into individual contacts.
- Open theEssentials folder.
- TapContactsthen do one of the following:
- To link a contact:
- Select a contact then tap theMenu icon
.
- TapMergethen select to contact to link.If the preferred contact doesn't appear in the 'SUGGESTED CONTACTS' list, tapShow all contacts.
- Repeat the previous 2 steps as many times as necessary until all desired contacts are merged.
- To unlink a contact:
- Select a merged contact then tap theMenu icon.
- TapSeparate.
- TapSEPARATEto confirm.
