Customize settings and check the status of your LTE Network Extender through the admin web portal to keep your connected devices running smoothly.

Before you begin

The LTE Network Extender is designed to be plug-and-play on most networks and the Network Extender Admin page allows for monitoring and customization.

Steps

  1. Reference the device display to determine the device IP address.
    Press the
    Display Button
     until the device IP address is visible.
  2. From a computer connected to the same network as the Network Extender, open a web browser then enter the IP address into the address bar, e.g., http://'LTE Network Extender IP Address'.
  3. From the Network Extender Admin, click
    Sign in
    .
  4. Enter the admin password then click
    Sign In
    .
    The case sensitive default password: LTEFemto + the last 4 digits of the MAC ID (e.g., LTEFemtoBED0). The MAC ID displays on the label on the back of the device:
    For forgotten password, click
    Forgot Admin Password
     and enter the security question answer then click
    Submit
    .
    If sign in fails, the device may need to be reset.
  5. View the Network Extender Home screen for current device info.
